My goal is that working with sensitive data becomes simple and empowering, rather than restrictive. Researchers should be able to explore complex datasets confidently, knowing the infrastructure protecting that data is secure, reliable, and built to support their work—not slow it down.

My background is in system development. Before I started at HUNT Cloud I was building software and learning how complex systems fit together.

Now I do a mix of programming, automation, and networking thinking. I enjoy turning complex infrastructure problems into clean, automated solutions and connecting many small technical pieces into systems that just work.

The best part of my job is getting deeper insight into the infrastructure that powers research environments and helping shape how it is delivered to users. It's rewarding to know that the work behind the scenes helps researchers move further in their work.

When I'm not at work, you'll probably find me in the mountains snowboarding and enjoying fresh powder. Otherwise, I'm at home working on an oil painting or a DIY project—and if you happen to see me online, there's a good chance I'm gaming.
