Magda is our technical service manager, responsible for the coordination and management of our team towards high-quality services and support.

Magda's activities includes science-facing technical communication with researchers and research leaders, and identifying and escalating issues to the team.

Magda oversees our user web documentation, manages user feedback, and drives data-driven decisions towards continuous improvement.

She holds a Master's degree in teleinformatics and brings an engineering mindset to our administrative activities. She also holds a degree in art photography and is the creator of the photos on these pages.
