Jakub is our Head of Operations, responsible for data center operations, service desk operations and tape services.

He ensures the reliability and performance of our cloud-native data center services, coordinating hardware procurements and life-cycle management, installation and deployment, workflow automation, performance monitoring, and documentation.

Jakub also oversees service deliveries and support, coordinating our service desk and support services. You may meet him for discussions about our services, optimizing product use, and adopting new technologies.

With prior experience as a backup engineer at DXC Technology managing backup and recovery solutions, Jakub manages our tape services.

Outside work, Jakub enjoys archery, darts or board games, or getting lost in a fantasy novel.
